How to install

SnowGain is distributed directly so we can ship faster and avoid store-side blocking. The first install is one extra step; every future update happens automatically inside the app.

1. Step 1

   Download the APK

   Tap the button above. Your browser will save snowgain-android-v*.apk to your Downloads folder.

2. Step 2

   Allow installs from this source

   Android will ask you to enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser. This is a one-time prompt and is required because SnowGain is not on the Play Store.

3. Step 3

   Open the file and install

   Tap the downloaded APK. Android will show the package installer with the new version — tap Install. The app self-updates automatically going forward; you don't need to repeat these steps.

Minimum supported Android version is determined by the Flutter toolchain used to build each release. You need an Android device with internet access and ~30 MB of free storage.
